Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Time

United States: 3–10 business days International: 7–15 business days

Please note: A small number of products ship directly from the manufacturer or a separate warehouse and may take 8–23 business days. Estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page where applicable.


Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.


Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

If your order contains more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This happens when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or ship at different times based on availability.

You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow every package. If you receive part of your order and are unsure about the rest, check your tracking emails or contact us at support@nexipets.com.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@nexipets.com and we will do our best to update the address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early

If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@nexipets.com and we'll help resolve the issue.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
