When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and have different tracking numbers.

How to Track Your Package

Once you have your tracking number, you can track your order using:

• The carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or YunExpress)

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

This is normal during the first 24–48 hours.
If it hasn’t updated after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate shipments to ensure the fastest delivery.
Each package will have its own tracking number.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you don’t see it:

1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Look around your porch, mailbox, or side doors
3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early
